Plans For My Garage
This is my garage!
Neither of our vehicles will fit into it…it does hold the lawn mower and all of my tools. But if I buy a small shed I can move those things into it. I have an idea!!
I NEED a bigger sewing studio!
I have always envied people who have really nice big well organized sewing or art studios. Have you figured out what I am thinking yet?
I have a DREAM! I have a PLAN!
And I am hoping that it will sorta kinda look like this when its done!
I want to use old painted furniture for storage. I want it to be cozy and shabby and comfortable. And I want to have an open door policy so that neighbors and friends can pop in to say hi and see what I’m working on and have a cup of tea.
It will take me months to get this put together. Starting with ridding myself of a bunch of junk that I have in the garage now. I would love to put a french door where the garage door is now…I hope that will work ok. I will try to share pictures of my plan while it’s in progress. Wish me luck! I’ll need it! But I am determined to make this happen!

YES!!!!! I was so right in what I had a feeling about!!!!<3 <3 <3 That will be so good Bonnie BUT don't keep your girls out there all the time… keep them in the house with you unless you are doing photographic work or using one as a FIT model for your creations.

If you have an open door policy, you'll be able to encourage like minded doll collectors to visit you with their dolls and show them ideas of designs for outfits… this could actually be the start of more than just a FABULOUS hobby for you… it could be your VOCATION and actually generate you a very nice income

Thanks Anita! Yes you are probably right in keeping my dolls in the house, or at least in a locked cabinet if they do stay in the sewing studio. One of the reasons that I am so excited about this idea is that I can set up areas for taking photos in the room upstairs in the garage. I have so many props for photos that I have been collecting over the years and it will be so nice to keep everything within reach! I can hardly wait to get started. : )

That upstairs room will actually be ideal for Dioramas!!! Watch out makers of Next Top Model – our Bon’s going to beat you with her photography and knock your socks off with her scene setup staging! LOL xxx

I have any idea but I wanted your thought on it, I am going to be moving into pinehurst and I was going to cahnge my room. I was going to do a ocean theme room with mermaids and mermain pics. What do you think? What blue do you think would be pretty. Ps. Aunt Bonnie you have to see this website. This man is so talented. He actully makes mermaid tails! Wow..that is such a cool idea E. And living so close to the ocean like you do there in FL will make a mermaid theme all the better. Any blue that you like would probably work fine. Or you could take a picture of the blue ocean and take it to the hardware store and have them match paint to your pic. I did checkout that website…that is amazing that he is so talented and makes those mermaid tails. Be sure to take pictures of your room when it’s done. I want to see!
That’s a great idea take a picture of the ocean. I’ll have to do that. I will totally take a picture of my room when I am done. It’s a really cool website. Did you get that drawning I sent? I want to make sure you got it.
